Subscription Box Schedule
Door County Delivered monthly subscription boxes are shipped every month. You will be billed for the subscription box on the 20th of each month.
Subscription Box Renewal
Door County Delivered Subscription Boxes renew automatically unless you cancel prior to billing date (the 20th). Please remember Door County Delivered is a small, family run business, so by giving the team cancellation notice, Door County Delivered is able to accurately manage inventory and work with the local businesses. You accept all recurring charges on the credit card on file with Door County Delivered.
If you create an account with Door County Delivered, you are providing Door County Delivered with accurate and up-to-date information. If any changes to your account occur, such as name changes, address/billing changes, you are responsible for updating your account information. If any unauthorized activity occurs in your account, you agree to notify Door County Delivered as soon as you can. Door County Delivered is not liable for any unauthorized use of your account, any breach of security or any damages, expenses or costs that may result of someone else using your account and password, with or without your knowledge.
Door County Delivered boxes, including seasonal subscription boxes, gift boxes, wedding boxes and hospitality boxes, ship anywhere in the United States. Door County Delivered boxes ship within 2-5 business days. Door County Delivered uses FedEx. Subscription boxes ship via FedEx Express. Currently, Door County Delivered boxes do not ship outside of the United States. You will receive an email when boxes are shipped with the email you provided, including a tracking number. If an order shipment is delayed, Door County Delivered will notify you via email. If a package is lost, please email Door County Delivered at firstname.lastname@example.org. Packages are not considered lost until they are marked delivered by USPS and/or FedEx.
For premade boxes and design-a-box, orders shipping to one location over $124 qualify for free shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Subscription boxes are excluded from this offer. Pre-sales may be excluded from this offer. This offer is not retroactive.
Flat Rate Shipping is available for predesigned boxes only. Subscription boxes may be subject to shipping charges or shipping will be included in the displayed price on the product page, it will be clearly stated on each subscription box product page. Design-a-Box orders are subject to real-time shipping rates calculated at checkout.
Shipping Speeds vary based on ship-to location. Subscription boxes ship via FedEx 2 Day. Predesigned box orders that utilize flat rate shipping or qualify for free shipping will ship via FedEx Ground. Door County Delivered reserves the right to enable and disable alternate shipping methods such as expedited shipping speeds. Door County Delivered cannot guarantee any delivery dates as FedEx does not offer guaranteed delivery at this time.
Coupons may be offered by Door County Delivered. Door County Delivered reserves the right to limit the usage of coupons to certain SKUs or by a unique user account or email address.

Door County Delivered only accepts credit cards. Door County Delivered accepts all major credit cards. The card you provide with Door County Delivered is the card that will be charged for any recurring orders. If your credit card is declined, we will pause any orders associated with the card and contact you. Door County Delivered is not responsible for any fees or charges your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer cancels or reverses a charge to your credit card, we have the right to cancel and suspend any of your orders until payment is provided.
For wedding and hospitality boxes, Door County Delivered accepts all major credit cards and checks. The card you provide Door County Delivered with is the card that will be charged for you order. Please let Door County Delivered know if any information changes, such as name changes, shipping or billing address changes before the order is fulfilled. If your credit card is declined, Door County Delivered will pause your order and contact you with the email and/or phone number you provided. Door County Delivered is not responsible for any fees or charges your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card company cancels or reverses a charge to your credit card, Door County Delivered has the right to cancel and suspend any of your orders until payment is provided. Checks that bounce will incur a $25.00 fee and your order will be suspended until payment is corrected.
The prices stated on this site do not include shipping or sales tax. Subscription boxes include shipping. You will be charged the appropriate sales tax for any and all orders placed, as well as shipping fees. All products and pricing are subject to change.
Since Door County Delivered is a small, family run business, the team asks that you cancel your subscription at least one week prior to the billing date. This helps the team work with local businesses on their one-of-a-kind inventory.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. However, life happens. If an urgent situation occurs and cancellation is required, please email email@example.com and we will work with you to the best of our abilities.
Door County Wedding Boxes can be cancelled 30 days before the need by order date. Other terms apply. Please contact us for more information.

Door County Delivered does not accept any returns. However, if your box is damaged, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and the team will work with you to fix any issues or problems that may have occurred in transit.
