Due to COVID-19, shipping times are not guaranteed at this time. This is due to our shipping vendors not being able to guarantee delivery dates and timeframes.

Welcome to Door County Delivered! We’re happy you’re here. We are a box service supporting local Door County businesses. Boxes include seasonal subscription boxes, gift boxes, wedding boxes and hospitality boxes. All purchases made through Door County Delivered’s site comply with these Terms & Conditions as well as our privacy policy. Door County Delivered may revise these terms at any time.

Subscription Boxes

Subscription Box Schedule
Door County seasonal subscription boxes are shipped the 15th of every quarter (August, November, February & May). You will be billed for the subscription box and shipping the day the box ships on the 15th of the month.

Summer Box
Summer subscription boxes will ship on August 15th. Any order placed by July 31 will receive the summer subscription box. Any orders placed after July 31 will receive the following fall subscription box in November.

Fall Box
Fall subscription boxes will ship on November 15th. Any order placed by October 31 will receive the fall subscription box. Any orders placed after October 31 will receive the following winter subscription box in February.

Winter Box
Winter subscription boxes will ship on February 15th. Any order placed by January 31 will receive the winter subscription box. Any orders placed after January 31 will receive the following spring box in May.

Spring Box
Spring subscription boxes will ship on May 15th. Any order placed by April 30 will receive the spring subscription box. Any orders placed after April 30 will receive the following summer subscription box in August.

Subscription Box Renewal
Door County Subscription Boxes renew automatically every quarter unless you notify us a month prior to ship date. Please remember we are a small, family run business, so by giving us a month’s notice, we are able to accurately manage inventory and work with the local businesses. You accept all recurring charges on the credit card we have on file with you.

Account Registration

If you create an account with Door County Delivered, you are providing us with accurate and up-to-date information. If any changes to your account occur, such as name changes, address/billing changes, you are responsible for updating your account information. If any unauthorized activity occurs in your account, you agree to notify Door County Delivered as soon as you can. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account, any breach of security or any damages, expenses or costs that may result of someone else using your account and password, with or without your knowledge.

Shipping

Door County Delivered boxes, including seasonal subscription boxes, gift boxes, wedding boxes and hospitality boxes, ship anywhere in the United States. We use USPS and FedEx. Currently, Door County Delivered boxes do not ship outside of the United States. You will receive an email when boxes are shipped with the email you provided, including a tracking number. If an order shipment is delayed, Door County Delivered will notify you via email. If you package is lost by USPS or FedEx, please email us at orders@doorcountybox.com. Packages are not considered lost once they are marked delivered by USPS and/or FedEx.

Payment

For seasonal subscription boxes and gift boxes, we only accept credit cards. We accept all major credit cards. The card you provide us with is the card that will be charged for any recurring orders for the seasonal subscription boxes. Please let us know if any information changes, such as name changes, shipping or billing address changes. If your credit card is declined, we will pause any orders associated with the card and contact you. We are not responsible for any fees or charges your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card issuer cancels or reverses a charge to your credit card, we have the right to cancel and suspend any of your orders until payment is provided.

For wedding and hospitality boxes, we accept credit cards and checks. We accept all major credit cards. The card you provide us with is the card that will be charged for you order. Please let us know if any information changes, such as name changes, shipping or billing address changes before the order is fulfilled. If your credit card is declined, we will pause your order and contact you with the email you provided. We are not responsible for any fees or charges your bank or credit card issuer may apply. If your credit card company cancels or reverses a charge to your credit card, we have the right to cancel and suspend any of your orders until payment is provided. If checks bounce, your order will be suspended until payment is corrected. More information can be found on the wedding and hospitality orders forms.

The prices stated on this site do not include shipping or sales tax. You will be charged the appropriate sales tax for any and all orders placed, as well as shipping fees. All products and pricing are subject to change.

Cancellation Policy:

Subscription Boxes:
Since we are a small, family run business, we ask that you give us at least one month’s notice before cancelling your subscription box. This helps us as we work with local businesses on their one-of-a-kind inventory. If you’d like to cancel, please email info@doorcountybox.com.

Gift Boxes
Once an order is placed for gift boxes, they cannot be cancelled. However, we understand life happens. If an urgent situation occurs and cancellation is required, please email orders@doorcountybox.com and we will work with you to the best of our abilities.

Wedding Boxes
Door County Wedding Boxes can be cancelled 30 days before the need by order date. More information can be found on the Door Count Wedding Box order form.

Hospitality Boxes
Door County Hospitality Boxes can be cancelled 30 days before the need by order date. More information can be found the Door County Hospitality Box order form.

Returns

Door County Delivered does not accept any returns. However, if your box is damaged, please reach out to us at orders@doorcountybox.com and we will work with you to fix any issues or problems that may have occurred in transit.
